"Ultimate" is a claim, and we intend to cash it. Every mat we make is guaranteed for as long as you own it.
What's covered
Stitched edges that fray. Corners that curl. Print that cracks, peels, or fades under normal use. If the mat fails at being a mat, we replace it — for life, for the original owner, with proof of purchase.
Exhibition and vault pieces
When the Signature and Drop wings open, their pieces carry the same guarantee. If a piece can no longer be remade, you choose: full refund or store credit.
What's not covered
Scissors, box cutters, pets with opinions, deliberate damage. Stains aren't damage — the mat is machine washable, cold cycle.
