Refund Policy

Foundation (evergreen catalog). Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Mats must be unused and in original packaging. Refund issued to the original payment method once received and inspected. Return shipping is on the customer unless the return is our error.

Signature & Drop (numbered editions). Final sale. Because editions are numbered, capped, and never reprinted, we cannot accept returns for change of mind — a returned number cannot honestly be resold as new.

Failures — all collections, forever (The Ultimate Guarantee). Any mat that fails at being a mat — stitching, edge, print cracking/peeling/fading under normal use — is replaced free for the life of the mat (original owner, proof of purchase). Numbered editions are replaced with the same edition number where reserve stock exists; retired editions with no reserve get a full refund or store credit at the customer's choice. Exclusions: deliberate damage, cuts, burns. Stains are not damage (machine washable).

Cancellations. Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Edition pre-orders may be cancelled until the edition closes.
