Shipping Policy

Processing. Foundation orders ship within 3–5 business days. Signature and Drop editions state their production window on the product page; pre-order editions ship when the edition run completes.

Carriers & rates. Orders ship via tracked carrier service. Rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $75 (adjust to taste).

Coverage. Currently shipping within the United States. Join the drop calendar to hear when international opens.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed when your order leaves the facility.

Damaged in transit. Photograph the damage (packaging and mat) and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We replace transit-damaged mats; for numbered editions we replace with the same edition number where inventory allows.
