Submitting starts a private review only. It does not transfer rights or create an offer, commission, license, selection, partnership, product commitment, or public artist record. You keep all rights unless both sides later sign a separate written agreement. We may contact you if we want to continue the conversation; we cannot promise an individual response.
We use your name, email, form answers, and uploaded files to review potential artist opportunities and contact you about this submission. Shopify Forms stores submissions in our Shopify admin and creates or matches a customer profile. Submission review does not enroll you in marketing; any marketing consent is separate. How submissions work
What kind of work should I submit?
Submit up to three finished pieces you can discuss licensing. Wide, bold compositions work best.
Are you accepting commissions?
Existing-work licensing is our primary path. A commission is a separate, secondary path considered only when existing work is not a fit or a specific artist and project are selected. Submitting does not promise a commission.
Do I transfer any rights by submitting?
No. Submission starts a private review only. You keep all rights unless both sides later sign a separate written agreement.
What happens after I submit?
Your submission enters a private review queue. We may contact you if we want to continue the conversation, but we cannot promise an individual response. A submission does not create a public artist or artwork record.
Can I submit collaborative, client, employer, fan, or licensed work?
Disclose every collaborator and any client, employer, or third-party restriction. Do not upload confidential material or work you are not authorized to submit. Submission is not proof of commercial licensing authority.
Can artists under 18 submit?
Not at this time. Artist submissions are open only to people age 18 or older.
How is my submission used and stored?
