Foundation orders ship within 3–5 business days. Signature and Drop editions state their production window on the product page; pre-order editions ship when the edition run completes.
Carriers and rates
Orders ship via tracked carrier service. Rates are calculated at checkout. A tracking number is emailed when your order leaves the facility.
Coverage

Damaged in transit
Photograph the damage (packaging and mat) and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We replace transit-damaged mats; for numbered editions we replace with the same edition number where inventory allows. Transit damage is also covered under The Ultimate Guarantee.
